Electromagnetic radiation (EM radiation) has its source in a changing electrical field$E.$ or magnetic field $B.$To illustrate the changes over time, simple electrical systems are assumed: a transformer and an oscillating circuit. From the functioning of the transformer (called transformer for short) to the relationships between $E.$ and$B.$ In a simple oscillating circuit we come to the radiating dipole and consider its radiation field and laws.
